In my work, I use somatically oriented approaches and nervous system–supportive methods, integrating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness practice. My approach is oriented toward personal development, deeper understanding of inner processes, and the cultivation of inner resources.
My work is gentle, safe, and trauma-informed, meaning that I approach each experience with an understanding of how trauma shapes the body, emotions, and patterns of response.
I believe that genuine change occurs when we feel safe enough to slow down, sense, and truly listen to ourselves. Through carefully attuned presence, listening to the body, and connecting with inner parts, I support clients in developing greater regulation, stability, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
My work is guided by the understanding that every part of us—whether it carries fear, shame, tension, or pain—serves a purpose. When approached with gentleness and curiosity, space opens for natural healing and the restoration of inner balance.
