I n my early twenties, I worked in a law firm, but it soon became clear that this direction did not reflect who I truly am. Guided by an inner compass, I turned toward working with people, the body, and processes of inner change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and have completed a six-year training in body-oriented psychotherapy. Through years of professional work, exploration, and personal process, I continue to learn how to bring the body, intuition, warmth, and sensitivity into every encounter.
I am drawn to approaches that create space for slower rhythms, presence, and genuine contact. In my work, I naturally integrate mindfulness practices and the Internal Family Systems perspective on inner parts.
In my personal life, I am most nourished by time spent in nature, meditation, yoga, and hiking—places where I reconnect with myself.
