This work is for anyone who wishes to better understand themselves, regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and explore inner parts that carry difficult emotions, tension, or protective strategies. It is especially supportive for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, emotional blocks, inner conflicts, or a longing for deeper connection with themselves.

Yes, I also work with couples.
In couple work, the focus is on creating a safe space for honest contact, regulation, and understanding the inner parts that become activated within the relationship. Through a slower pace, body awareness, and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, I support partners in hearing themselves and each other more clearly, recognizing protective patterns in their dynamics, and finding ways of relating that bring more clarity, warmth, and collaboration.

Sessions unfold in a safe, slower rhythm. We begin by checking in—how you are and what feels most important in the moment. Through conversation, slowing down, and working with the body, breath, and inner parts, we explore what is present for you.
The pace is guided by your body and capacity—nothing is ever forced. In couple sessions, the work also includes becoming aware of relational dynamics, communication patterns, and protective mechanisms that may be creating distance between partners.

You may experience increased body awareness, improved regulation, clearer boundaries, a gentler relationship with yourself, and deeper insight into your inner patterns. The process is gradual and respectful—capacity is built over time, and change arises through safety rather than pressure.

I offer both individual and couple sessions in person and online. Both formats allow for depth and continuity—you choose what suits you best.

Yes. Many people come with exactly this experience. We work slowly, with care, safety, and no pressure. Reconnection with the body happens gradually through regulation and gentle presence.

No. Everything unfolds at a pace that feels natural to you. These approaches are here to support you, not to overwhelm you.

Sessions are usually recommended once a week or every 10–14 days, though the rhythm is always adapted to your needs and capacity.
Couples often meet less frequently—such as every two weeks—to allow time for integration.

The length of the process is individual. Some people come for a few months, while others choose a longer, deeper journey. We regularly check in together about where you are and what you need.

That is completely okay. You don’t need to have words. Sometimes simply being with yourself, in a quieter rhythm, is enough. Presence and safety come before talking.

Yes. My approach is grounded in an understanding of trauma and the nervous system. We work at a pace that respects your boundaries, capacity, and sense of safety. We never go where the body would feel overwhelmed.

Yes. I most often work with:

  • stress, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm
  • feelings of being stuck or inner conflict
  • fear of self-expression and fear of judgment
  • relationships, boundaries, and connection
  • protective parts carrying shame, inner criticism, or intense impulses
  • couple dynamics and feeling “stuck” in communication
  • restoring connection with the body and regulation

At the moment, I offer individual and couple sessions. From time to time, I also facilitate workshops, which are announced on the website.

  • Individual session (60 minutes): 60 €
  • Extended individual session (90 minutes): 80 €
  • Couple session (90 minutes): 80 €
